    You are an inspiration! I just started Phase 2, finished my first Workout B today! I will definitely be taking some photos tomorrow to compare for progress! Do you lift 2 or 3 times per week?

    I try for 3 but ended up with 2 many times in phase 2. For phase 3 am going back up to 3.

    Thanks again y'all. I started at size 22/24 and am a 16/18 now. I have lost 30 pounds and hope to be a size 8 at the end of the book (7 phases). I'm guessing that will be 80-100 pounds lost. I hope to finish by next December.
