fitness obsessed

I have been doing this for over a year. I am absolutely obsessed. All I think about is good nutrition, fitness, and getting my steps in. I get so embarrassed at myself because I have one thought. I even dress on my days off in exercise crap. Do I need am intervention?Anyone else? I know people avoid talking to me because of my one topic. I feel like I have to be in this mindset to mske it to goal. Someone please respond?

    It is very easy to get totally obsessed. I am. But you have to be realistic as well. Don't let other parts of your life slip by, or other people, because of your fitness obsession. You can still be very fit and do loads of other things too.

    I guess when you do anything for over a year every single day, one can get consumed. To get me to my goal weight I can't let anything get in my way. Its the biggest steepest mountain to climb.
