Seeing a difference in your Stomach???

Any tips to help decrease the stomach fat / pudgy in the form of exercise and or specific foods? I do have a spare tire but more so wanting to decrease my stomach so it does not stick out and making me look like I am 6 months preggers.

    There's nothing you can do except continue to lose weight and decrease your body fat percentage. We all hold/carry our weight in different ways and that affects how we lose the weight as well. Your stomach fat may be some of the last to go. You can't change that - just be aware and keep working towards your goal.

    Specific foods and exercises can't target stomach fat. You can't spot reduce. Keep losing weight and you'll get there.

    Sorry, but no. You can't spot-reduce fat. The places your body stores fat are determined by genetics. Everybody's a little different. The best way to reduce fat all over is just to keep doing what you've been doing with diet and exercise. You'll get there!
