Of course lol but how.. I think this movies awesomeness is going to entirely depend on what they pull out of their butts in the next one0 -
I saw it, didn't like it as much as the other two. I couldn't get over Gwyn and her abs. As for the ending, I think it would have been better had they gone in a different direction. It'll be interesting to see how things turn out if they decide to make another one.0

Yeah, I'll get in on this one. But as a second warning: SPOILERS BELOW.
First of all, the film was not paced particularly well. I can get over the Mandarin being all smoke and mirrors [in fact, it made the laughable terrorist threat tapes a little more palatable knowing that he wasn't for real].
But they did so much work to introduce the Extremis virus that by the time you saw the bad guys and their healing factor and thermal powers, you were thinking, 'Yeah, okay, that's kind of cool.' That said, it wasn't until the last ten minutes of the film that they introduced the fact that it also gave villains world-class reflexes and strength. Was it just to make Guy Pearce more intimidating than the lackeys? Maybe. And sure, that was part of the virus in the comics. But why would you wait until the last ten minutes to present this?
I also did not mind Iron Man calling all the suits; that said, how many of them would have been able to run on radio frequency? Surely this was a relatively new development, as he had been testing it with the newest suit during the film. And if it was something that he could have used, I feel like any proper villain would have prepared to scan and block transmitted frequencies.
When the lackey wrecks the plane and the thirteen or so people are falling, why didn't Tony call on the suits then? It sure seems like it might have been a little more appropriate to go into a scenario where you are saving the President with some backup than one damaged suit, n'est-ce pas?
That said, the movie was relatively entertaining. I didn't love it, I didn't hate it. But for everyone praising it as a new type of superhero film, I didn't see that. I saw a little bit of Lethal Weapon mixed with Air Force One mixed with Home Alone.

Iron-Man 3 was okay.
It did have some great one liners.... Whenthe Kernal looked at Guy Peirce and was like you breath fire.....
My biggest problem is the last 10 minutes where they apperantly decided to throw out everything ever written in an Iron man comic and turm him into batman ................. When even my 7 and 9 yr old want to know how he is still gonna be Iron man without the power cells we have problems......0 -

Well, the whole film played on a self-propulsion system in a new suit. I don't think they'll have a problem explaining that away for Avengers 2 [presuming Stark appears].
But I will say that the last ten minutes were incredibly anticlimactic. 'Then we fixed Pepper. Then we fixed me!' If it was that easy, why didn't you do that from the start?
That didn't bother me anywhere near as much as the immediate revelation that Pepper Potts is apparently also a ninja.0
