I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, and have been struggling in the past couple years with putting on weight that I've been unable to take off (and now I'm beginning to understand why). I had been doing WW for the past year and getting frustrated with not being able to shed much more than about 11 pounds, which promptly came back. I figured that until I get my thyroid issues figured out, I'll stop wasting my money and at least focus on getting myself healthier as far as my diet goes (it doesn't help that I'm a food blogger, with a strong focus on baked goods!). One of things I liked about WW was the feeling of accountability I found from going to the meetings, and I'm hoping to find some of that support here!
