Help understanding my BMR/TDEE requirements

Hi, Just signed up to the forum as it seems to always be high on the list of results from me typing my weight loss questions into google! :) been reading lots of stuff about everything related to weight loss really so hoping someone can help me with my specific weight loss requirements/questions.

Basically im a 25 year old man, im not at all obese or anything like that i am however a couple of stone heavier than id like to be and have excess fat on my stomach and face i want to get rid of, im currently around 15 and a half tone i started at 16 stone, i started dieting 11 days ago, in which time ive stopped eating junk basically, cut out chocolate and fatty meals completely, been drinking A LOT more water and started exercising about 45 mins every day. my exercise consists of around 15 minutes of weight training lifting 10/15lb dumbbells (its all i have at home) push ups as well as some sit ups and other stretches, i try and use it as a warm up to my cardio, i do 30 minutes every evening on an exercise bike in which i go pretty hard, unfortunately the bikes broken in the sense its quite old the pedal resistance is very light and ive got no clue whatsoever how many calories im burning, but its all ive got right now and figured its still fine for 30 mins cardio.

Some extra detail about myself:

Height 6ft 4 inches
Weight 217 pounds (down 5 pounds from where i started 11 days ago)
BMR - 2213.11
TDEE - not sure?

The TDEE is what im unsure about, im not 100% understanding how it logs my total daily expenditure, for example, it says moderate exercise is 3-5 days working out, but im working out everyday, yet i wouldn't class myself as highly active seeing as most of the day im literally sat around at home, recently had to leave my job as my mums ill and needs daily care its also why i have to do the indoor cardio rather than go to the gym etc, i have to be home.

My question is from my details above what would my TDEE be? my daily lifestyle consists of waking up around lunchtime (yes i know i cant help it always been a night owl) lounging around the house most of the day up until early evening when i do my 15 mins weight/warm up exercises and then my 30 mins cardio, would that daily routine be considered as light activity on the TDEE calculator?? that's where i get confused, because i work out every day but i wouldn't consider that the heavy exercise on the TDEE calculator because of the very little i do for the day in general? i hope ive explained that ok kind of hard to really put into words what i mean but that's basically what im not sure of, if i could get a decent idea of what my TDEE is i could then function my eating habits around it much better.

When i decided to start this recently i had no idea it was all so complicated, being a guy and wanting to lose weight i just naturally assumed eat less eat healthier and exercise = bingo, but from reading up about it there seems to be so much to consider like "dont eat below bmr", "eat 500 below tdee", "if you dont eat enough your body goes into starvation mode" etc etc ive got myself very confused about what i should and shouldn't be doing basically and would really appreciate any help advice on offer.

Some extra info if its of any help, ive roughly estimated im eating between 1500 -2000 calories a day, although i dont cook the meals and its generally a rough estimation, ive no idea how to count every calorie in every food i eat and to be honest i dont really want to! but for example ill have a turkey salad sandwich when i wake or soon after i wake at around lunch or early afternoon time, then ill maybe have an apple/banana/peach as a snack in the mid afternoon, then ill have my dinner around 6pm with a couple of small activia yoghurts for desert, and then do my workout between 8 and 9 pm, i then generally wont eat anything else from my dinner at 6 till i next wake up, as i said earlier i think i lost about 5lbs so far, but from reading up thats apparently not healthy in such a short time? ive been doing this routine for 11 days now.

Sorry this has got so long! hope you all haven't died of boredom reading it all just trying to give as much info on my lifestyle as possible, my main questions are given my above details:

How much should i be eating a day?
What would be a good idea of my TDEE?

Thanks again for any help.
