Here is my PB2 protein fluff. Something new if you're tired of downing shakes on a daily basis. There is a lot of air in the fluff when it's complete so it make you feel full.

You can replace ice with frozen fruit of your choice. I've used frozen banana which was great, frozen strawberry and frozen blueberries. **Will add carbs**

Not the fluffiest since I used whey protein. To maximize fluff, use Casein.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp PB2
1/2 cup 1% Milk
1/2 serving (4g) Sugar free/fat free Vanilla pudding powder
1 Scoop Gnc Pro Performance - Amplified Muscle Meal Vanilla
Ice chips - the smaller the better

237 Calories
20g Carbs
4g Fat
31g Protein
8g Sugar

Directions:
1. Fluff eggs up by mixing them with whisk attachment (a couple of minutes)
2. Add the rest of the ingredients
3. Fluff again with whisk attachment - if the ice chunks are too big, they can fly across the room. I had this happen, it isn't pretty.

2 egg whites

    gross. =/

but good job having it actually fluff with whey (im assuming from the egg!) the first time i made fluff nothing happened and i was really upset.

then i made a proper fluff and realized i hate protein fluff.

Interesting idea, but make sure you watch out for salmonella. Uncooked eggs are questionable at times.

PB2 makes me as uneasy as artificial sweeteners, they've squeezed out all the oils and fats and then add sugar - I'd rather have the oil and good fats than unnecessary processed sugar. I think PB2 is one of those products in wich the low calories isn't an equal replacement for the natural product.

    I use it when I don't want/need fat.

Edit: also, there is only 1 gram of sugar per serving
