Does anyone know roughly how many calories you burn from doing the Bum Bum workout??

    I do the DVDs but don't currently have a working HRM. I'm waiting for a Fit Bit to arrive. When it does I will post my burn but it will depend on your weight and how hard you are pushing yourself.
