HI there everyone! Is there anyone there from spain or other countries where lunch time is the heavy meal and u have been growing up having ham and chorizo sandwiches as a snack, one in the morning one in the evening. I have been living abroad for 3 years and it has been more difficult to keep my weight in control than before so i want to share some classic recipes as lentils hearthy stews and things like that. I dont really eat process food, maybe once a week, i love handmade food, and soemtimes can be very naughty aswell!!
Hope to heard from you all soon!!!

I hear you. My family is from Spain, and the last time I visited them, I ate non-stop BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD and I ended up putting on like 10 pounds in 2 weeks. My family must have thought I was starving and homeless back home, I ate so much.0
