why should i use protein powder?

According to consumer reports most protein powders contain a fair amount of arsenic. Others have been heated in the production process and therefore their nutritional value has been destroyed. I have stopped taking protein powders and use organic eggs, chic peas, organic chicken with better results, no bloating/digestive problems.
I'm glad someone asked this question because lately I've been wondering the same thing as well! And the comment above is the exact reason why I've decided to just make sure I get my protein from whole foods instead of the many supplements. Luckily, I'm at home during the day so it's easier for me to eat things that will help me reach my goal0
