Nuvaring VS The Pill

Options
I'm putting this in support because, well, I need support heh

Recently started using the Nuvaring and have not been on birth control for about 2yrs now.
I put it in on the first day of my cycle which was April 21st.
I'm still spotting....this will be the 3rd week
Due to not have good insurance I get my B.C. through planned parenthood so they aren't the most helpful.
I don't want to keep using this - headaches, bad fatigue, and oh yea, a 3 week period (never had these issues with the pill)

Anyways I'd love some suggestions from women who are on the pill and having good luck with it

If you talk to even a "normal" doctor, they will tell you that it takes 3 months for your body to fully adapt to the hormones of bc. That said, I have tried so many that either make me a blubbering fool or give me roid rage symptoms along with a full blown cycle every 2 weeks that I've just decided to say screw it. To me, it's not worth it and I'll find other ways to prevent it.

The birth control is benefiting endometriosis symptoms more than anything actually

That's why I want to stay on it but I have never had anything like this
