I saw the "post your pic and have people guess your weight" thread and what became really obvious is that we have no idea what people weigh because a 5'7 woman can have wildly different weights and bf%'s... anyways, I thought it might be cool for people to post pics and just write their BF% so we can see what different bodies look like.

I'll start:

Height: 5'4
BF%- 23%
Test method: hydrostatic

    Method: BIA scales (with handles) - I know they're very inaccurate, but they're all I had.

    No way is that 24. How did you get that checked? You look more like 15-17. unless this pic is deceiving. You look good.

    Bump! my avatar was over a year ago, but I think I was around 21% then - I'm 17/18 % now - I'll post when I get back from shopping :) Good idea OP!

    No offense...but i thought at 15-17 you started to have almost visible abs...I was thinking closer to 20% myself..
