Newbie!

Hi! I'm new to the boards and have been on and off of counting my calories. I'd love to gain some new friends to help me become more knowledgeable about eating, fitness, and so forth. I'm 25 years old 5'6 and started off my weight loss journey when I hit 157 LBS. It was a wake-up call to say the least... I am currently at 140 and have a mini goal weight of 135 but the true goal is 130. Anyone and everyone that would like to help/support would be greatly appreciated! I'm excited about this last 10!!!!
