Too Much Sugar?

I've been noticing that I've been going way over my sugar limit every day, and it's so frustrating! Most of this sugar DOES come from fruit, as well as usually a serving and a half of yogurt (half a cup with breakfast and a 6 oz. cup for a snack). Should I be worried? I've heard that natural sugar is different from processed sugar, but it still feels awful for that to ALWAYS be in the red.

    I just did a search on this topic. There's a few other threads going around with some information. The main thing I've taken out of it all is that MFP sets the sugar level really low, so it looks "bad" when many of us go overkill on the sugar.

    I also found this article, but some of the information was conflicting. Hmm....:huh:
