Nothing harder than constantly jumping back on the wagon

Many times I hear from my online clients "I fell of the wagon need to get back on" having lost over 70 lbs myself i know what kind of dedication it takes to lose the weight! It is very hard it's never easy but I can tell you this much. It is easier to hold on tight and finish the race than it is to keep falling off and mustering the effort and energy to get back on each time!
When you find yourself slipping tell yourself it's not worth it!
Like I said hold on and never give up it takes time but like everything else in life it will be here before you know it if you just stick to it
