EFAs causing rash?

Pretty sure I have a heat rash but out of curiosity...

Can EFAs cause a rash? I'm talking the standard Omeage 3-6-9 supp you can get at the drugstore kind. Have never reacted to any supps I've taken before and it had faded to non-existence come the morning. My last multi was a high-end one which included fish and other oils and have had no issues with it.

So out of pure curiosity...Can eFAs cause a rash one your arms only?
