I hit a plateau? Maybe?

I was wondering my weight loss is weird for me i need some help. Ill go thre spurts where i iwll loose about .5 a lb every day for three days. Then all of a sudden i gain .5 lb back? Why is that Because now i have to try to loose that .5lb again but it seems to take me longer. I am not eating anything differently than normal which i dont think its too much.
At 6 am bowl Strawberry medly All bran with 2% milk
10 am one bananna
Lunch is a whole wheat sandwich either low fat chicken tomoato or egg salad with egg whiles only. Its miricle whip and mustard on the tomato and chicken . there is a slice of tomato and cucumbers for my sandich also lettuce
230pm yogurt 40 cals no fat
5 pm supper which usually is a can of tuna in water and a can of veggies usually corn peas or green beans
then at 7 pm i will have a fruit cup thats 90 cals
my exercize is tae bo Amped
30 mins oneday
41 mins next day
52 mins third day
30 mins 4th day
then repeat i exercize every day
Can you tell me if i keep hitting plateaus or something and if there is anything i can do to break that cycle?

Well lietee, IMHO, stop looking at the scale daily. It's a usless number if you look at it daily. Once a week is slightly more reasonable, but I would say you should look once every 2 weeks. Your body fluctuates up to 5 lbs every day (mostly water weight, but also waste too), so 1/2 a lb. isn't really accurate as it could just be a little extra water your body held on to over the night because you ate 200 extra mg of sodium the day before. See what I am getting at?
As to your diet, we can't really tell you if it's enough because we don't know your numbers (height, weight, activity level, not including exercise, where you want to be...etc). But what does your goal calculator say about it?0 -
well my height is 5 foor 2.5 i weigh right now 169.5 i want to be 125 and i am 26 years old. As for activity i spend most the day sitting. Any suggestions?0

so i logged in all the food i have been eating and its 996 cals a day they tell me to eat 1200 to loose 2 lbs a week. this is without exercize am i eating too little?0

Yes, you are eating too little. Have you read THE answers to THE questions yet?? In the General Discussion forum. And - as Banks says - you really only should weigh once a week. If you must weigh every day -others here do, then you can't put much stock in the daily numbers and you have to make sure you weigh at the same time with about the same things - I weigh once a week, on Fri, first thing in the morning, no clothes, no water consumption or food and after elimination. Then you are not weighing the water/food/clothes too. Or if you do, make it consistent. Hope this helps.0

yeah i wasnt aware that i was not eating enough but if i do increase i amhopeing to
start loosing again0
