30 DS and Walking

So I am doing 30 DS. I am on Day 7 Level 1. I also walk at least 30 minutes a day at a some what fast speed. Do you think that I am doing enough?? I heard that you need to switch it up some days, but I just do the video and walk every day. On Saturdays, I take a break from the video and am on the treadmill for and hour. So I kinda switch it up there. Just wanted to see if its a good idea to keep doing what I am doing because I heard some times your body will get too used to the workouts you do, and you wont see results.
