Trying to get inventive while kicking sugar

So, one week sugar-free. Again. (Damn you, Reese's Easter eggs!)

About the only remaining regular source of sugar that I have been eating are the Greek yogurts that I have with breakfast and lunch, and with the fruit in them, the sugar is fairly high. So I'm trying to get into plain yogurt. Which, unless I am eating it with onion soup mix as a dip, is not really appealing tastewise to me.

But, I experimented a little and now I have a nice new treat. I took a 6 oz Chobani plain fat free yogurt and drizzled in some vanilla extract and added some cinnamon, and then about 2 oz of chopped pecans and a little Nectresse, and it isn't bad. It came in at about 205 calories, 9 carbs, 20 grams of protein and 11 grams of fat.

Rediscovering the spices section of my cabinets is going to be crucial in losing this weight, I can tell, lol.
