Hi All,
Would just like some opinions / advice on cheat days.... ie: Is it OK to have one day a week where you can eat something unhealthy. Will this hinder weightloss. Is it recommended or not??

If you're just looking to lose weight, you can eat as many "unhealthy" things as you want so long as it stays within your calories. Personally if you're going to have a cheat day, I wouldn't go beyond your maintenance calories. Going higher than that just defeats the purpose of whatever hard work you had earlier in the week.0

If you eat over your maintenance calories, that will hinder your weight loss, as you'll be in a caloric surplus. (although one day won't)
Doesn't matter what you're eating, if you're in a caloric deficit, you will lose weight.0 -
A good quote someone told me
"One day wont make your diet and one day wont break your diet"0 -
I try to do one cheat day/meal a week. I would go nuts if I couldn't eat the bad stuff. I found it doesn't hinder me at all.0
