I'm really trying watch my sodium levels and just can't seem to find tasty stuff. Any suggestions on menu items, frozen meals (yeah I know it's almost impossible) canned soups, and deli meats/hot dogs????

On a low sodium, low GI (glycemic index, basically anti-inflammatory) diet. Lots of fruit and veggies, unsalted butter, canned soup marked heart healthy (but only eat one serving), white cheeses (swiss and provalone have a lot less sodium than cheddar or American), chicken, lean beef, and eggs are all good. I love greek yogurt, I get the kind with honey in it. Huge portion for almost no sodium. Make your rice with low sodium broth.
Problem foods are breads (wheat or white, they're both bad). The Fiber One line is the only breads I've found in most markets that are low enough in sodium that you're not eating one-third of your sodium allowance in two slices of bread. I am lucky enough to live in Seattle, where a local company makes no sodium baking powder and baking soda. I can toss you the link for their site, if you like to bake like me. Sadly enough, most commercial breads are higher in sodium than potato chips.
Watch out for low fat or sugar free products, ALWAYS check their sodium levels before you eat them. A lot of time, they've replaced the fat or sugar with sodium. On the upside, most diary is pretty low, especially pudding, full fat ice cream, full fat yogurts, and skim milk. Word of advice, ALWAYS read the nutrition labels. Even when you feel like you're the only one.0
