Ok I have to make a change. I am no longer eating my exercise calories. I feel they are allowing me to still eat unhealthy and to eat large portions. Some might not agree with this but I really do believe this is causing me a problem. Any opinions, please post. I really need suggestions or whatever to help me thru this. Thanks.
A friend suggested the Scooby calculator, so I looked it up.
So Scooby has put me at 1411 calories. I think I will try this and not eat back exercise cals. I'm a give it a month and see how it goes.
So to those that need to change things up a little, GOOD LUCK, I hope it works for you, just as I hope something I try will work for me.
