I've been eating Ryvita's a lot lately.... I make what are like bread and cheese plates and then just mix and match as I see fit.
Last night I did goat cheese, olives, some hummus, and fresh homemade pico de gallo with dark rye crackers. I often also mix together hummus and cottage cheese and then add pico, avocado, or just some greens for a little base on the cracker. So good. I'll have to try tune or salmon some time!0
