Strating over? :(

Hello!

I was on a great track and had lost 20 pounds... After 2 months of going back to all my bad habits, I have gained nearly all of it all back...
How do you stay motivated and get back on track?

    1. Eat lots of fiber

    2. Make sure you get adequate protein

    3. Do at least one or two things a day to reach your goal, minimum

    4. Sleep

    Try remembering how much better you felt when you weren't hauling those extra 20 pounds around. Remember that it'll be worth it to feel healthier. You'll have to find your own reasons, though.
