Need Friends!

I've been here for a while. But, I feel off the radar for a while. I'm back. No time for groups, but check in on my phone daily.

So I need motivation friends. I'm a mommy of 3 and have my own business (a little busy at times, lol)

I'm down 23 lbs in the last few months. I'm doing portion control, low carb, sugar reduction. I exercise a minimum of 30 min a day. Mostly by my bike, but sometimes I dance. I love taking time for stretching. Limber is good.
