Hi, I'm pretty new to MFP. I used to have an account, but forgot all about it and created this one. I'm just short of half way to my target of 150lb, down from 196lb in April '12. I'm hoping that the tools on MFP will help me modify whatever I need to for the 2nd half of the journey.
I've been usually hitting the gym 5 days a week but have only just started dieting. It sucks ... just so we're clear. I'm limited to what I can do due to range of long term injuries but am trying to 'switch it up' to give my body a bit of a shock.
