Weight loss help!

I know that you have to adjust your goals as you lose weight in order to stay on track to lose a pound a week (that is what I want) but since I lost 21 lbs it will only show that I can lose .9 lb every week now, even when I change it to lose 2 lbs a week! Please help :sad:

    2lbs per week is quite a lot of lose, the recommended amount to lose per week is 1lb and if you are getting 0.9lbs per week it's just a tiny difference from that?
    I think it sounds like you are right on track losing around 1lb per week from your diet!

    I guess you are right about the .9lbs, I was just trying to get the 1lb a week to work and it kept showing .9, thanks :)
