Wheat? Dairy?

Anyone have a bad time with wheat or dairy? 'Scientists' have agreed that wheat isn't all that good for us and it increases hunger and carb cravings. There are more and more cases of celiac disease around and it doesn't just make celiac a lose weight some will gain as they feel so hungry all the time due to not getting the nutrition they need. The same with dairy products (wind and bloating) linked to celiac disease, people don't have to be celiac to get these problems it could just be the wheat products causing your cravings for more carbs because your body is telling you it needs something. So do you find some days your appetite is low and others its cravings, cravings, cravings? I'm going on a wheat and dairy free diet to see if that sudden rush of carb cravings goes away, my sister had celiac disease it made her really lack iron but to look at her she was average weight, she always told me how bad wheat was for people (even without celiac disease) so does anyone els notice a bad reaction to eating wheat and dairy?
