Newbie needing help!!

Hi There,
Really new to this website, its great to see so many supportive people and would love to make some new friends on here to share recipe ideas and hints and tips towards weight loss.
I've come to a little stale mate situation leading me in the direction of this website. I started off on my 'Proper' diet at the end of January and have since lost 14 pounds which is great but for the last 3 weeks I've not lost any weight and I'm feeling very demotivated. I was eating a lot of food and I've noticed that my appetite has reduced dramatically so i do struggle eating food (that isn't packed full of calories) while at work and was wondering if maybe me sneaking past a proper lunch was impacting my static weight - i exercise half and hour a day, 4 times a week so I'm at a bit of a loss as to why I haven't lost at least a few pounds.
I also do enjoy a few glasses of wine at the weekend (max 4 over the 2 days) and was wondering if anyone else has any views on alcohol consumption whilst dieting?
