How much are you eating and what is your exercise routine like, if you have one?

I eat around 1700 kcal with exercising 1-3 times a week. I use the TDEE-20% formula. Seems that it won't work anymore:smile:

Since you are down to the last 8-10 lbs try TDEE-10-15%, as you approach goal weight you are supposed to lower to 10-15% according to Scooby's calculator

What kind of exercise do you do?

That aside, what happens when you get fairly lean is that fat loss becomes much more difficult--you are walking a very fine line between deficit and surplus. It is also generally recommended that you decrease the caloric deficit when you get closer to your goal weight; a lot of people (I was among them) find that they get depressed and crabby when eating at a relatively large caloric deficit when their body fat percentage gets low.

Have you tried doing a full diet break? You bring your calories to maintenance for 2 weeks to allow your endocrine system to rebalance itself. Your levels of leptin, ghrelin, and other hormones will readjust, and you can even lose weight while eating at maintenance (there are a lot of anecdotal reports to that effect). See here:
