Dizziness and light headedness

I have lost over 130 pounds and as I have lost the weight I began to have dizzy spells and a lot of light headedness. I have been to the doctor many times and been through many tests and everything checks out fine. I saw another doctor yesterday and he said that with drastic weight loss your body has to adjust and sometimes (a lot for me) the blood that travels down your legs and back to your heart slows down. He said it should be temporary and the more active I am the better I feel and don't have these issues. I walk a lot. He recommended trying to wear support pantyhose and more toning exercises. I do a lot of squats. Has anyone else had any of these issues after a large amount of weight loss. Any experiences or input would be appreciated. Thanks
