Why I hate working out (comeplte vent only!LOL)

OK so I have to vent..and can not do it on facebook or even to my husband..they do not "get it"!!

So I have picked up this great habit..it is called exercising :) I work from home..so you would think I have more time than anyone else right?...Wrong!!!
I run an in home daycare (6 to 8 children Mon through Fri 10.5 hrs per day)..generally my work out time is their nap time. Works great..on most days!! But then I have that one sickening client that decides here and there that she is going to screw up my schedule by saying "I will have so n so there by 12 or maybe 1 not sure" Mind you..,when she does this it is neither!!! I pay NO mind to the times she tells me because it is never the time she says ~ SMH...

WTH???

Pick a damn time lady so I can figure out what workout and how long I have since I clearly can not do my planned hour :(

So..then I get all b%^chy because I may not be able to work out and if I can it will not be enough for me!!

I can not work out when any one is here because if they talk to me...I lose my momentum and get B%^chy then too! LOL

Working out is great...I love it...but it causes me STRESS at least twice a week!!! :(
