Most Nutritious Whole Grain

Soooo... am I the only one that thought that all whole grains were just as nutritious?
I had always thought that they were equally healthy, but then I came across an article by a nutritionist discussing the nutritional differences between different whole grains. (Here: http://www.wholegrainpasta.ca/whole-grain-pasta-vs-whole-grain-bread/ )
What do you think? Should I still serve them interchangeably? Do you think this article is accurate?

Some people have allergies or certain medical issues with grains. But, for most people, all grains are very healthy--especially wheat. As with your diet as a whole, variety is important.0

That's similar to the article about fruit. Some of the more brightly colored fruits and vegetables (mangos, papayas, melons) have more vitamins than other ones, like bananas. Some have way more sugar and will spike your blood sugar more. That doesn't make any of these foods unhealthy, though. A varied diet of mostly healthy stuff will be enough for most people.0

Eat whatever you prefer, even if it's pasta made with refined flour (that tastes better too), the nutritional differences aren't as great as people make them out to be0
