I've been losing weight the last 4 months but can't seem to get rid of this belly fat.. From what read it seems this is the hardest place to lose the weight. What can I do ? I do 3 cardio days and 3 strength days during the week with 1 rest day.. Should I be increasing my weights? Do different exercise types? Any help would be great!! Thanks!

The only thing you can do is keep losing fat. You can not spot reduce. You lower your overall body fat, and the fat comes from where ever it comes. And the belly/love handles is usually the last place it comes from. I am having a bear of a time losing this last little bit of fat covering my abs. Just the way it is. If you are losing fat, keep doing what you are doing. The belly fat will go away eventually.0

It is relentless trying to get rid of the stomach fat...as stated, unfortunately you can't spot reduce....mix up your cardio, lift heavier weights, change up the routines, walk outside whenever you can.....different things make a difference. Make sure your diet is in check, no beer....that ruined it for me.....I spent months and months working out and would have beers on Friday nights....dumba$$ that I was, defeated all of the hard work I put in that week....plus it takes your body longer to adjust to it.
It is very tough to do but get into a habit...lifestyle habit/daily routines!!
Keep pushing strong brother!! You can do it!!0 -

i've seen many times that someone will achieve their weight goal, but only to realize that's it's not exactly the physique they want.0
