3 years ago I was 52 years old and weighed in at 188lbs and thought I was in good shape.. I am only 5ft 7in.
They had a biggest loser contest at my work and my team which was me and a co-worker came in 2nd in a 50 team
contest.. I lost 25lbs in 10 weeks. I now weigh 165 and have much more muscle and am definatly in better shape than
I was when I was in my 30s.. Why I am telling you this is that you can do anything you put your mind to and you can
even make it better. It was fun but hard work and continues to be.. Everyday say how can I be fitter and better today.0
