Can someone help me with this one. I have never heard of "keeping your macros" in check before these boards. Is this only for lifters? What are the benefits of "keeping your macros in check"? and how I can figure out my 'formula'?
Many thanks for educating me.. based on some reading I have done, it seems that my family's diet is somewhat in tune with this, but I don't understand how to properly track all of this...

It's mostly to make sure you get your macro and micro nutrients. A lot of people, me included, subscribe to the idea of eating what you want as long as it fits your calories and macros.
