Any tips ??

So I keep having weeks where I'm not losing weight. So I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I drink only water, a protein shake every morning, lunch almost everyday is salad or every now than subway, and dinner it just depends on what I cook and its small amounts I eat. I either walk, elliptical, jumping jacks, squats or jog 4 to 7 days a week. I cant afford going to a gym and my work has a small work out room thats how I use the elliptical or treadmill.
And when I lose weight its small amounts usually. Is there any tips or anything anyone can give me???

Sounds like you're not actually eating enough. Plenty of online calculators to use your current weight, height, and activity levels to work out what amount you should be eating. Also, don't work out 7 days a week, give your body a rest day or two to recover.

Sounds like you are wanting an overnight fix, which is unrealistic. Eat more, enjoy what you eat, exercise with weights and cardio.

Any and all changes in these directions are for life, not until you get to goal, otherwise you won't keep the weight off afterwards. If you go back to the old habits, you go back to the old weight.

    Which is?

How many calories to do you burn a day exercising?

People can't give advice unless we can see what you eat.

You can see what I eat now. I don't eat when I'm not hungry. I'm suppose to eat 1,200 a day. There is days I burn a lot of calories also.

But I eat till I'm full tho. Cause I hate over eating and feeling stuffed and eating when I'm not hungry.

Try eating healthier foods. I feel like you are eating a lot of 'junk/processed' whatever you want to call it foods. Lots of frozen, and processed meats high in sodium and nitrates and lacking lots of nutrients.

Also maybe my protein goal is set really high, but I feel like yours is very low.

Just my two cents, I'm not an expert.

You are not eating nearly enough. Your body is hanging on to everything because it doesn't know if it's going to have enough cals to function.

If you're only eating 1200 and you burn a lot somedays, you are definitely not eating enough. I would also mix up your lunches a little as well. You can pre-make stuff in the crockpot if you're pressed for time (like soup, chicken, roast, anything) and take that to work the next day.
