Fluctuation query??!!

I know that it's normal for weight to fluctuate on a daily basis. I do not weigh myself every day, but I do become bloated and feel bigger randomly and often I haven't eaten terribly.. If I then weigh myself I am 3-4lbs heavier, I also notice my calves looking bigger and smaller from one day to the next, measuring a difference of an inch and then they look huge.. Could this all be water weight and how can I stop this as it makes me feel rubbish!
