loose inches not pounds!?

I need some advice please!! How can I focus on loosing inches & not lbs. would like both but more intrested in inches right now! mainly on my stomach & arms?!

Read "In Place of a Road Map" (link is on my profile) Learn to use Haybaler's excel sheet on there. Make sure when you calculate your TDEE at fat2fit, you list your starting and ending weight the same.
Start heavy lifting, cut some cardio. Just did my first StrongLifts 5X5 today. Survived. Used a 35 pound sandbag (started with a 20 lb last week).0
