Sugars?

Hello all... I always go over my sugar every day. MFP only allots me 25g each day! I find this absolutely preposterous. Any one else have low sugar allotments? I go over this by lunchtime! Any clue how to lower sugar intake or increase the allotment on MFP? For breakfast, all I have is a glass of 1% milk and a scoop of slimfast mix. Lunch I generally have left overs which pushes me over my allotment. Even if I had another slim fast shake, I would go over. Should I not be concerned with MFP break down of allotments for carbs, proteins, sugars, etc?

Unless you have a medical reason to limit/monitor your sugar intake, don't worry about it.
Pay attention to cals, protein, and fats.0 -
You have to go in under your settings and change it. I really hate the way that that set everybody up. Right down to my TDEE. It set me at 1200 a day and my BMR is higher than that. My BMR is 1500 a day so obviously 1200 is no where near enough. You will have to do the work to figure out what your body really needs. For me I like to set my own. It's like the fiber there isn't near enough fiber. I really don't think you can get to much of it!0

I too go over my sugars EVERY DAY! I eat a lot of fruit which contribute to it, but I also eat TJ's Banalla yogurt which is high in sugar. I am going to cut the yogurt out of my diet...but I really like it...0
