Mind/Body/Spirit Challenge Group

Next Monday (5/13) I am starting a free 30 day challenge to change your body, mind, and spirit on my FB page. It will be a 30 day commitment to exercise at least 3 times a week, eat healthier, and share a daily devotional. You will be accountable to a private group and will need to check in daily to let us know what you have done in these areas and how it might be changing you. Getting stronger, better with making healthy eating choices, or maybe God is speaking to you through the devotional. If you need help on where to start on a fitness or nutritional plan I can help there too.
