25 lbs Lost with 10 more to Go

I am a male turning 60 in June and have been able to drop 25 pounds over 14 weeks. My Fitness Pal has helped immensely by having me focus on the many choices we are faced with every day.
PHASE 1 ( 30 days ) lost 13lbs
PHASE II ( next 30 days) lost 5lbs
PHASE III (Next 30 Days ) lost 5 lbs again
PHASE IV ( next 8 days ) lost 2 more lbs = 25lbs with 10 more to go.

THE BIGGEST LEASON THAT I HAVE LEARNED IS THAT AS YOU LOSE WEIGHT IT GETS HARDER BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT BURNING THE SAME AMOUNT OF CALORIES PER EXERCISE NOW THAT YOUR WEIGHT IS LOWER. IT IS CRITICAL TO ADD MUSCLE WHILE LOSING FAT. MY MEDICINE BALL SETS HAVE BEEN VERY IMPORTANT. ADDING EXTRA EXERCISE HELPS A LOT. MY FITNESS PLAN CALORIES WERE PRESET TO MY IDEAL WEIGHT IN ORDER THAT I WILL HAVE BEEN EATING THIS AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT MY IDEAL WEIGHT.THIS ALLOWS ME TO BE MOTIVATED TO EXERCISE WHICH ALLOWS ME TO QUANTIFY MY DAILY DIFFERENTIAL CALORIES BURNED VS DAILY CALORIES CONSUMED. So far so good
