Calculating calorie burn from resistance/weight workout

I have looked at the calories on here and not sure they would be that accurate for what I am doing.
95% of my workout is on a cable air resistance machine. The other 5% is warm up cool down and squats with dumb bells (blooming heavy ones) . It kicks my *kitten*. It is non stop one exercise to the next, no rest period, just a quick sip of water every now and then. Its 45 - 50 mins start to finish and my heart rate is around the 170 mark most of it.
The thing on here says 200 (ish) cals for weight training but I am not sure thats right, anyone know a rough idea or what it would be?
Thanks
