New to MFP

Hello everyone. I just started using MFP a few days ago. Easier than I thought. I have been going to the gym doing weight lift on nautilus machines and walk/run on treadmill. I have a very hard time losing weight. In 3 weeks of really working out I haven't lost any weight which is frustrating. Any advice?
