I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 5-6 times a week, its a 27 minute video but usually takes me 45+ minutes to complete because I usually have to take alot of breaks. Should I log is as 27 minutes (because I am technically only exercising 27 minutes) or log how long it actually takes me to finish the video?

    In My opinion 27 mins. I did the shred and it was twenty minutes. I logged it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    I would log actual exercise time. Good for you! I have heard that it is a tough program!

    Get a good HRM and stop guessing how many calories you burn. Logging what you "think" you did and using the random number that MFP gives you isn't accurate and realistic.
