366 days on MFP 19LBS lost

Hey MFP's!
It's been a year since I joined MFP and wanted to share the ups and downs.

I am 5'10".
SW 204 lbs
CW 187 lbs

I lost as much as 25 LBS (lowest was 180 lbs on this effort) but gained some back. I am on my way back down. Here's the chart:

So I was down to 187 lbs before. This time the percent of fat is down and the muscle is up due to doing pull-ups and jogging at lunch/breaks. I stopped eating out. I regret I don't have any head to toe shots to share.

Some adjustments made and am back on pace. :]
Would anyone say that slow loss is more permanent?
