will i lose weight !!

my past calories was 1,200 and I didn't lose any weight so I search and found this topic http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

if I follow this thing will I lose weight. my current calories is 1,754 ..

any advice am afraid that I may not lose any weight

    What you were doing wasn't working. I once heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results :)

    Gradually increase your daily calorie intake. Go to 1300 for two weeks. Go to 1400 for two weeks, etc. It's not like you're gonna wake up one day and be 15 pounds overweight :) Takes a lot to pile on 3500 extra calories!
