I had to come up with something quick and easy for me and the kids today at lunchtime. These were the ingredients I had on hand. The kids loved them, and they had a nice salty-sweet thing going on. ;n)

7 - reduced fat triscuits
2 - Tbsp peanut butter
7 - Cheddar Goldfish crackers
28 - raisins

Spread the peanut butter on each Triscuit, about a quarter Tbsp per cracker. Place a goldfish on the center of the crackers, and surround the fish with 4 raisins per cracker (the "fish food"). A healthy snack/meal, and 370 cals per serving. (serving is all 7 crackers.) I have the meal saved in the database. ;n)
