Tonight is date night and hubby and I are going to see the new Iron Man movie. I have missed being able to have gummy bears with my popcorn at the theater...not anymore!!!!
1/4 Cup Water
3/4 teas Your Favorite Flavor of Mio/Dasani/Kroger Water Enhancer
18 g Unflavored Gelatin Powder
Or
3/8+ Cup Water
1 packet 2L packet Crystal Light
28 g Unflavored Gelatin Powder
Or
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 teas Your Favorite Flavoring Oil
18 g Unflavored Gelatin Powder
18 g Truvia - Powdered in a coffee grinder
Or
1/4 Cup Water
1 1/4 teas Your Favorite Flavor Extract
18 g Unflavored Gelatin Powder
18 g Truvia - Powdered in a coffee grinder
Choose your combo, mix everything in a 1 c glass measuring cup. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, stir well, microwave for 15-30 seconds longer (watch closely, you want so see it foam up but not boil or foam over the top of the cup). Pour onto a foil lined pan (I used a mini foil loaf pan) or into prepared candy mold. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes to set up. Cut into desired size bites and ENJOY!!!!

So far I have made Strawberry/Watermelon and Peach/Mango using Mio, Coconut/Pineapple using Dasani, Raspberry/Lemon using Crystal Light, Banana using McCormicks Banana Extract, and Butterscotch using Butterscotch flavored oil.
Hope you have fun playing with flavors!!!!0 -

OK folks I tried this last night with sugar free jello and the same amount of liquid listed in the first recipe. The texture came out GREAT! however.... the flavor was extremely puckering and overwhelming. I do NOT recommend using flavored jello as a replacement for the Mio!!0
