Workout routines

I am just wondering what kinds of things you guys do for workout routines. Right now I doing about 3.6 - 3.6 mph on the treadmill for 45 min (15 min segments w/ a break in between) four times a week and then weight lifting 2 times a week.I am looking at changing up my routine and I am thinking of starting couch to 5k and doing it 3 times a week with doing weight lifting on the opposite days would this be a backslide? I am very open to suggestions and tips
